About Marc Hoffmann

Hi, I’m Marc Hoffmann — a real estate entrepreneur, lifelong outdoorsman, and proud American. I grew up on a small family farm where I learned the value of hard work, commitment, and community. Those early lessons still guide everything I do today.

Over the past 27 years, I’ve built a career in real estate investing, with a focus on helping others achieve their goals. I’ve personally completed over 2,000 transactions, coached more than 1,400 investors to real estate success, and raised over $52 million in venture capital through syndications and private equity.

Through my business, The Land Buyer Group, I focus on helping landowners unlock the hidden value in their raw vacant land properties. I’m passionate about clear communication, honest offers, and making the selling process as easy as possible for everyday property owners.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside. I split my time between the mountains of Colorado and the lakes of Minnesota. I enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, camping, riding dirt bikes and exploring the outdoors with my dogs.

I also stay involved in my local community and believe in giving back. Whether it’s volunteering, mentoring other entrepreneurs, or helping families build wealth through real estate, I find purpose in service and connection.
