{"id":114,"date":"2012-08-23T14:53:00","date_gmt":"2012-08-23T14:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mn.arenter.com\/coach2\/2012\/08\/23\/"},"modified":"2022-01-18T02:31:16","modified_gmt":"2022-01-18T02:31:16","slug":"114","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/mn.arenter.com\/coach2\/2012\/08\/23\/114\/","title":{"rendered":"Growing Your Investment Business 10x"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><u>Growing Your Investment Business 10x<\/u><\/span><br \/>\nMy coaching business allows me the opportunity to speak to\u00a0entrepreneurs every day all across the country and learn and observe the best strategies for making money in the single family house investment environment.<\/p>\n<p>A few of my peers are investing in apartment buildings. \u00a0One friend has over 1400 units that he is managing all across the country. \u00a0Another friend has just over 100 units that he has bought himself and is managing in his local market. \u00a0There is an interesting paradox between the friend who has 100\u00a0units\u00a0and the friend who is managing over 1400, and it has to do with the time spent on the business vs. the time spent in the business.<\/p>\n<p>Although it doesn&#8217;t sound intuitive, it&#8217;s much easier to take your business 10x than it is to even just double your business. \u00a0 You see thinking in terms of 10x growth drops the reins. \u00a0It forces you to think outside the box, outside what is just possible by becoming more\u00a0efficient\u00a0and\u00a0reducing\u00a0expenses&#8212;maybe making a few more deals per year. \u00a0Thinking of your 10x business forces you to strike strategic\u00a0alliances thinking in terms of whether this relationship is a 10x relationship. \u00a0\u00a0One of my coaches Dan Sullivan taught me that, and also said that when you can get your market to become the marketer, you&#8217;ll be on your way to 10x growth.<\/p>\n<p>Do you want to know which one works harder? \u00a0 The real truth behind my 2 friends is one of them works 50 hours a week and the other one works just 20 hours a week. \u00a0Which one do you think works longer hours and why?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Growing Your Investment Business 10x My coaching business allows me the opportunity to speak to\u00a0entrepreneurs every day all across the country and learn and observe the best strategies for making money in the single family house investment environment.
